Great location. Good service
The valet guys by mistake forgot to return my drivers liscence. I spoke with the manager on the phone and they overnight shipped it to my residence. They were very friendly and supportive and did not fuss at all when I mentioned that my liscence was with them.

Great Hotel - Poor Customer Service
Jumped on Expedia to get a room for the night. Went to see Zac Brown Band Play @ The Fabulous Fox just across the street. The Location couldnt have been better. Not even 100 yards from the concert hall. Parking: We had prepaid ($12) event parking from Ticketmaster for a lot across the street. Worried about the overnight parking we decided to park at the Hotel. They were charging $10 for Event parking. We treid to get answers about thier parking policies to only get the run around. We Paid $10 for Event parking and the was charged ($25) upon checkout for Valet service which we didnt use. Then exiting the deck Overnight Parking was $22. Over all Parking = $32 - Customer Service was no help. Budget for Parking. Room was clean, nice, and spacious for being such an older hotel. TV in bedroom was broken, Mini blinds were broken and we could not close the blinds in the bedroom across the street from the Fox Marquee Sign. Sleep was not an option due to the bright city lights. Upon checkout we felt dismissed. Asked about our stay we expressed our concerns and we were brushed off. Had to go back to the desk to resolve the parking issues and was told they had no idea who took our money for the parking. Great hotel for a downtown Atlanta staycation - Customer Service was the major downfall.
Budget for parking. Overnight parking is $22 per day @ the Georgian Terrace. Be sure to bring Cash due to the attendant does not accept any other forms of payment.
