These rooms are amazing
Hardwood floors, mini kitchenette and the in room jacuzzi seals the deal. The rooms were huge and the hotel is in perfect location. 2 blocks from Public Square and doors from the House of Blues. Bring bubble bath and take advantage

Cleveland’s best hotel!
Friendly and helpful staff. Great continental breakfast. Historic building. Close to the Quicken Loans Arena, many bars and restaurants.

Convenient location
Although the close proximity of the hotel to the Quicken Loans Arena and Rock n Roll Museum was great, the hotel itself had some drawbacks: There was a tiny, easily missed sign about holds being put on debit accounts and possible fees incurred. The sign was not facing the guests as they came in; nor did the clerk explain it upon giving the debit card. The young man at the front desk kept repeating the same line over and over again without adequate explanation. Also, the room cards easily get de-magnetized, making it difficult and annoying to enter the building, elevator or room. The ice and soda machines were not working on several floors, and the temperature adjustment directions in the room were confusing to say the least.
Make sure they explain the policy about putting a hold on your debit account.
