Excellent staff and service!
We had researched hotels prior to booking and thought the Betsy hotel would be a good fit for us. We were VERY impressed with both the service and the comfortable accomodations. I stayed here while attending a seminar and found that returning to such a nice, comfortable environment was just the ticket. Believe everything you read about the place! Each member of their staff knows the importance of getting the service right. and they offered great tips for enjoying the area. The location worked very well for us.

Quiet South Beach location.
If you are looking for a quiet location in South Beach yet close to all the action, Betsy Hotel is the place. Right across Ocean Dr from the beach and within walking distance to most attractions, it is a really nice location. Restaurant is great, and don’t miss the rooftop serenity garden.

The Betsy is the the BEST hotel in Miami!
I’d stayed at a very nice hotel in Miami in the past, but wanted something closer to the action on Ocean Drive without sacrifying quality or proximity to the beach. As I pored over hotel reviews, I was torn because there were split reads on so many of them. And then I found The Betsy. Multiple travel websites had positive reviews across the board and The Betsy delivered. The staff is phenomenally friendly and helpful - and I felt that there was a really genuine quality to all interactions. The room was perfectly clean (maid service twice a day); the beds were super comfortable. It was important to us to be right by the beach and all you have to do is walk across the street to cushioned chairs, towels and umbrellas. The location is close to everything on Ocean Drive or Lincoln Road, but you’re still at an extremely high end hotel where you you’ll be able to relax and won’t be disrupted by noise. I won’t stay anywhere else when I go back to Miami - The Betsy is the best!
