Urgently needs some maintenance!
Old and poorly maintained, while its located next to the pier 39. What a waste! No restaurant in the facility for Radison: thats not what I was expecting.

Worst Value Ever
Having used hotels of all ratings across five continents and the Caribbean, I have some basis for comparison. This hotel is expensive and the worst value for money Ive ever come across. The registration desk was manned by a friendly incompetent. The rooms are cramped and dark, with a lot of street noise. There are simply no facilities. There is no room service at all, nor is there a minibar. For breakfast you have to go out which is not much fun during a storm. On the first day, real cups and glasses were provided in the room but on day 2 these were replaced by paper and plastic. When I called Room Service, they sent up another two paper and plastic. The SF Hilton is a far superior hotel and cost less. Regrettably i can never again regard Radisson as a brand of quality. Avoid this one. Use a hostel instead.

Better than expected
Rooms were neat and clean. Lobby could use some makeover. My pet peeve is the parking fee... I guess it comes with the territory, not what we are used to in Southern California
