the best vacation i’ve ever had
my fiance and i went the end of october and was nervous that it was going to rain but we had beautiful weather thru out our stay. we were surprised the food was amazing since it was an all inclusive hotel. this was my first all inclusive hotel and it exceeded all of our expectations. the staff was very attentive and we had quick and easy service... anything we wanted they were happy to help. everything was very convenient we rarely left the hotel. i would definitely recommend the Beach Palace and would be so happy to go back.
i suggest to book any extra activities you would like to do with the hotel b/c they make sure all the transportation is taken care of.

Perfect Honeymoon!
We went to Cancun for our honeymoon and stayed at the Beach Palace. It was the best vacation I have ever had. Our room was amazing, food was fantastic, and the service was outstanding! We can’t wait to come back and bring friends with us next time. Thanks for everything!

LOVED IT
I, absolutely, loved my stay at the Beach Palace. The ocean view was incredible. The room and customer service were superb. Their food was good and better than what I expected from an all-inclusive. Without a doubt I would love to return to the Beach Palace.

The best trip ever!!
Really enjoyed this resort. Top notch service, wonderful staff, great pool and entertainment. This was my first trip to Cancun, and I can’t wait to go back because of the experience at Beach Palace. Oh, and there is a beach there, plenty!!

Nice vacation
Our stay at the Beach Palace was very nice. The food was good, not great. It would have been better to have had a buffet choice for dinner. Trip would have been better if there was a beach on the location. It will be better when beach has been rebuilt. Service was very good and staff very attentive to our needs.

Great place to stay!
We were very happy with the Beach Palace - service and food were great! Many extra touches. The spa was wonderful. We would go back in a heartbeat!

5 day stay in December
Overall good experience. Beach is non existent so if you need a beach at your hotel stay somewhere else. Hotel is small but rooms are really great. Service was okay though they kept messing up the room service in the morning. Free tours are really good - we took most of them. Food was good but there are only two sit down restaurants apart from the buffet so variety is a bit limited.

First time in an all-inclusive
We travel to Cancun frequently, but had never stayed at an all-inclusive - big mistake. This was one of our best trips to Cancun. The food was good, the service was good and the entertainment was excellent. The only downside is the narrowness of the beach, which is not a big deal since you can easily walk to a wider section.

Impressive hotel
We had a wonderful stay. The service was outstanding from everyone in the hotel. The food was okay. Breakfast was good, but in general true Mexican food is typically blander than American food. We tend to like it a litte spicier so ended up using a lot of salt. The Asian restaurant was really good, but only open for dinner. Make sure to pack a pair of pants and a nice shirt for dinner if you want to go there. We didn’t try other restaurants included in the plan so unsure if they were really good. Overall, had a completely relaxing time.

Amazing
Its just too awesome!!!! The best part is that you can go to any other palace resort and enjoy just like if you were in yours.....

Nice hotel, Great Service... but the room was not perfect
This was my first trip to Cancun, it was so beautiful, except for Hurricane Dolly... but I would definitely go back! The room was a nice room, but my husband and I got absolutely no sleep because the hotel has no carpet, you could hear everything; i.e. people walking, the staff first thing very early in the morning with the cleaning carts. There was about a 2 1/2" gap under the door! The shower was also ridiculous, the door did not close (glass door) and there was a 1" gap all the way around so water just went everywhere no matter what we did. Other than those 2 major things, it could have been a great room, it had a very nice Jacuzzi tub and a great view and it was all inclusive (definitely the way to go) but we will probably try another hotel next time.

Can’t wait to back
This was a great place to stay. The room was very nice and roomy. If we needed anything we just ask and it was there in a matter of min. The staff was great. If I had one thing bad to say it would have about the lunch and dinner buffet, but the other 3 dining area were great. snack were good too.

New, clean hotel with wonderful staff
This was our first experience with Palace Hotels. The staff was wonderful, the hotel is new and clean. I highly recommend.
