Great value in San Fran
No complaints at all with this hotel. Great views, comfortable surroundings, and good service. The hotel is close to China Town and other fun attractions. The BART is about 6 blocks away and you can easily grab a cab at the hotel. The beds were soo comfortable, liked the flat screen tv, and the ipod hook up. Bring your own water, because the Evian is $5 a bottle! :)

Very nice hotel
The only problem with this hotel was that the electric plugs did not work either in the bathroom, or on the desk. The only place to plug in was where the coffee pot got plugged in. So I couldn’t make coffee except before blow drying my hair and curling it. I had to plug my phone in across the room, and not be able to use that light. I mentioned to the desk when I left. It was a bit inconvenient, but for others I am sure it could be much worse. Hopefully they fixed that. Otherwise the hotel was very clean, convenient, and very helpful. I would certainly recommend it. And I would certainly stay there again.

Be back over and over again
Beautiful hotel. Great staff. But unless you have a lot of disposable income, plan on eating outside the hotel.
