My best birthday weekend ever...
From the moment I arrived at this hotel...the service was impeccible. Friendly desk staff at check-in...room service was delicious...my bed was like a big soft nest. Downstairs at the H5O bar the bartender was super friendly. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate my birthday weekend. The downtown location is perfect for many events and wonderful dining. I will definently be going back as soon as possible

Adequate
No free parking for guests (min. $20 a night). Room was not as clean as I would have expected for the rate I paid. Basement door to elevator would not unlock with room key. The hotel is close enough to freeway to hear constant road noise. The hotel is located on a MAX line as well, which is convenient, but not always quiet, depending on where you are in the hotel. The high-speed internet is Wi-Fi only, and the connection is not secured by WEP or WPA.

great hotel excellent stay
really great staff and nice restaurant and bar atmosphere get a balcony great view of water :)
