The hotel was in the middle of a renovation, yet this was not disruptive to our stay. Nice rooms and facilities - it was almost empty so we had the place to ourselves. Good choice for a short term stay.
Not a great family location - better for business type travel. Not a lot to do nearby, and not in a great neighborhood for families.

Crowne Plaza Worcester - Facelift Needed
My husband and I stayed overnight, as we were attending an event at the Hanover Theater (recently renovated-absolutely beautiful).The hotel service was excellent, especially Hassein. The room was clean, but we found stains on the carpet, chairs, and chipped paint on furniture and woodtrim.The bed was very comfortable.We’ve rated overall satisfaction "3" due to points noted.We won’t refer anyone to the Crown Plaza-Worcester it undergoes a major facelift.

Hanover Theater (recently renovated-absolutely beautiful). Great place for broadway shows, and concerts.
