nice location
It is very nicely located hotel. Front person seemed to be not polite and unwelcoming but person at concierge was very polite, nice and helpful

Not what I expected
First, if you will be driving there is not parking provided by the hotel. Parking is $33 a day. The staff were not very friendly, they lack customer service. I think the people there should go take a course in hospitality. Do not eat there, my girlfriend found mold in one of the yogurt! They did comp our meal, but we did not eat much anyway.For the money, you can find plenty of places to stay in the downtown vicinity.

Very good experience.
The hotel service was cordial and helpful always. The hotel has been remodeled and was clean and attractive. The room rate is reasonable for the quality and location.

I didn’t sign up for the continental breakfast - you can get a quick breakfast at the coffee shop for probably less money or have a nice breakfast in the restaurant for a little more money. There are lots of good restaurants for dinner a few blocks to the south.
