"Very impressed, I cant’t wait to stay there again"
The front desk staff was aware that I was traveling alone to Philadelphia. They provided me with maps and reccomended good restaurants in the area. I enjoyed the fact that my hotel was in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel, which was a huge plus in my book. The front desk provided me with coupons for room service and for the restaurant in the hotel. Overall, staying ast the Crowne Plaza, downtown Philadelphia was a very wonderful experience. Because of the friendliness of the staff, I cannot wait to go back to Philadelphia and stay there again!

It’s OK
Rooms are small, but clean with the standard amenities. Breakfast facilities and business center are marginal. Lots of construction at hotel and it was noisy during the day.

nice location
It is very nicely located hotel. Front person seemed to be not polite and unwelcoming but person at concierge was very polite, nice and helpful
