Nothing to write home about
While the hotel was conveniently located across the street from the Juneau airport, the condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired. For two adults, they only had two towels, and one roll of toilet paper (had to request additional rolls at the check in desk each time we ran out, and they gave us two more towels). The hot-tub was full of hair and the water was murky, as was the water in the pool (didn’t swim in it due to how filthy it looked).

Request extra towels right away. Don’t expect to have enough toilet paper on-hand.

Juneau is lucky to have this hotel.
The staff is very friendly and accomadating. Will stay here next time I am in Juneau.

Take the tram up the mountain. The views are great!!
