The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly but there was some maintenance issue with the air conditioner. It was very loud the first night and didnt’ work the second. Otherwise the hotel was nice.

Good Rate! Great Stay!
Even though the hotel is in the flight path of PHX, I was still able to get a great nights sleep. The hotel was undergoing rennovations, but the rooms were still clean and quiet. Shuttle service to the airport and nearby mall, were very useful, and there is ample parking if you are driving. Overall, great stay.

Night Staff was very unprofessional
When checking in the night we arrived, the gentleman working the desk was very preoccupied with his personal tasks, did not welcome us, and was not helpful when we asked what was nearby for dinner. The shuttle driver that took us to dinner was not courteous or helpful when dropping us off for dinner, but was much more personable when picking us up from dinner.
