Excellent stay

Far better experience with this hotel this time around. Where as before, the check in was terrible, this time it was teriffic

Disappointment Abound

The striking lobby and fantastic grounds could not compare to the disatisfaction I shared with the hotel room and service. My phone did not work, neither did the refrigerator and the time it took to rectify was inappropriate. The final piece of disappointment came from the exuberant charge for parking the car, which was definitely not explained as I entered on day 1. Very poor grade of service.

Great place but Fix the HD

The only thing wrong with this hotel is that you have HD TVs in your room but no HD service. SD doesn’t look good streached out to 16x9. That’s the only fault I can find with this hotel.
