Like many of Europe’s hotels the star ratings are not realistic
We stated at this "OLD" hotel. The staff was so, so, friendly.The real disapointment is the hotel itself. It is only a 3 star hotel at best, tired and worn out.

Dissapointing
I am definetly disspaointed with the service and the management of the hotel.To think its a five star hotel! I ordered 1 hot water and they charged me $11 dollars..that is the most expensive tea in my entire life!!. And one instance i requested that my clothes should be iron and the one of the staffs told me that the housekeeping dept. is closed. how can that be closed when its a hotel, they should be in service 24/7! I went out the following day with a crampled clothes. I dont want recommend this hotel the whole stay for me was really upsetting!
