Great hotel, but not as great as other Fairmonts
This is a nice hotel with typically great Fairmont service. However, the hotel doesn’t compare to other Fairmonts where we’ve stayed - the rooms are a bit dingy, the bathrooms are below average, and the overall hotel just didn’t feel like a Fairmont. We stayed in an upgraded room with a fireplace, and it was nice, just not as nice as what we’ve seen in other Fairmonts.

Not for the price
Hotel was pricey and room was extremely cramped and dark. In addition, internet connection was only provided if you paid or signed up as a member. Again, for the cost, amazing they would charge for it.

Worst Fairmont Ever
This was the worst Fairmont I’ve ever stayed in, and there was a wedding that was really, really loud...so much for our romantic evening.
