I loved the Hard Rock mostly for the convenience to City Walk and the parks. I thought the pool should have been cleaneed on a more reguar basis. There were alot of leaves in the pool and I felt that they should have someone throughout the day cleaning them out. The worst part of the Hard Rock was how they charge you for your drinks. You MUST watch your receipts and all charges because they tell you that your first drink is $15 (I know...RIDICULOUS) because you get to keep the glass and that all refills are $4.00. However, I did see that they charges us a couple of times for our "glasses". Apparently, if you didn’t bring your glass to the bar with you, they charged you $15 again! The staff wants to ring up big numbers on your tab because their tip is included...the higher the bill, the bigger the tip. Also, at checkout, I noticed a charge on my bill for $61.00 for the mini-bar in our room that we NEVER even opened. Pay attention to bills and bring extra cash!!

Great stay at Hard Rock Orlando
The only negative was some obvious dirt and grime on the bathroom wall. Everything else was awesome!
