Sheraton Old San Juan, near the cruise docks
Hotel staff was very polite and saw that our requests were handled in a timely manner. Location of hotel was ideal for being able to walk through old San Juan. Any problems we incountered was due to maintenance work and renovations that were being done.

Great Location
The Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel has the best location. It is in the heart of all the action in Old San Juan. Just minutes away from touring the main attractions, shopping, and the pier. We will definately go back again to visit.
