Stinky Room
When we checked in the room smelled absolutely awful! The front desk neither offered to resolve the smell or change our room. I realized it was from the heater but they didn’t care. Yuck.

going down hill
Hotel carpet in the hallways was dirty. it had not been vacummed. Outside back door was unlocked all of the time. Unlocking the room door with the key card required a downward push of the handle and then an upward push. It was complicated.

Good 4 the Money but 1 Major Complaint
It was pretty good, but there is 1 major complaint- the towels that could not be re-used and needed to be washed were re-hung, showing the smudges that were on them and all! We were leaving when I noticed or would have reported; Dont you let them slide on maintenance/ cleanliness issues!
