Surprised!
Although Venice is a beatiful place and hotel is located in very nice area, unfortunately the staff are not trained properly to give proper Service. Most of the times it seems that thye do a favor to you to accept you in their hotel! This area needs lots of improvement.

Great location but bad service
Hotel is in one of the best locations next to San Marcos and even next to a water taxi stop. However, the front desk service can definitely improve. They seem to ignore you when you stand in front of them. Can’t understand why? You "have to" speak loudly to get their attention. Communication about hotel breakfast can also be better. It is not really free and they don’t tell you that’s the case.

Very good hotel except that the room was very small and very limited closet space
