Friendly Atmosphere
I recommend this hotel. good service great breakfast buffet. Prime location, close to the beach and port.
Indoor pool, easy access to the beach and restaurants.

Not impressed AT ALL!
I have never visited a hotel with such a disappointing staff. The bellboy was very unresponsive to my requests; The reception people don’t know what smile is; Helping costumers is something absolutely unheard of; Late check-out requires additional payment, even if it’s 45 minutes; Roomservice food is extremely lousy... Avoid this hotel, even if it means paying more.
Traveler's tip on dining
There is a very good restaurant called "Pacific Bistro" featuring pan-asian cousine, located in the nearby Crowne Plaza hotel. Absolutely delicious!
