pleasantly surprised
A friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. After reading reveiws we were a little afraid of what we would find. Upon arrival, we were happy to find a beautiful little getaway outside of Santa Fe (only about a 15 minute drive). We stayed in a Casita and found it perfect for what we needed. Comfy, clean, charming. Keep in mind you cannot compare this place to a large chain hotel. This is a small, family run business. Don’t expect top notch service, but we had everything we needed. We hope to return one day with our kids and hopefully the restaurant will be open. Would have loved to spend time at the pool and on the grounds, but were busy in town. Will come back again. It’s a great price for what you get.

Great Romantic Getaway
I was greatly surprised with this hotel. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the queit areas. I loved the landscaping and the woodland feel you get from there. I enjoyed the hot tub greatly. I was sad to see that the restraunt was closed but there are many outside places to eat. I was glad to see that the room had a fireplace and all the essentials to make a romantic weekend. In fact my boyfriend and I are think about maybe getting married there next year...if it is still open.

I hope they can stay in business.
Was a little discouraged before arriving at the resort. You have to go through alot of trailers, abondoned horse stables and race tracks before getting there. Once there though, it was a wonderful surprise. Very quiet and serene. Also, a GPS can’t pick up this resort.........guess it’s just too far off the beaten path!
