Not at all happy with this hotel
The room was tiny, furniture was old and had cigarette burns. There was a tiny coffeepot, but you had to pay to get the coffee to make. The only good thing was free, wireless Internet.

THE SERVICE IN GENERAL WAS EXCELLENT, BEGINING WITH THE RECEPTION DESK, MAID SERVICE, SECURITY AND MORE.(ONLY SUGGESTION IS TO IMPROVE THE SERVICE AT THE COFFEE SHOP)OR RESTAURANT AS THEY CALL IT, OTHERWISE FANTASTIC. THANK YOU
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
WHEN IN SAN JOSE IT IS BETTER TO HAVE A RENTAL CAR DUE TO THE FACT THE TAXI SERVICE IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND THEIR UNITS TO SO UP TO DATE.

This hotel is not a suites hotel
It is a standard hotel room with nothing special. Does have coffe pot in room, but coffe is extra charge. As is the advetised wireless. Would be a nice place to stay if on a business trip. Would not recommend for a vacation stay, it is on a busy 4 lane highway with not much close by. Stayed 1 quick night on they way to La Paz next day and it suited our needs. Emaculately clean throughout. Pool nice but verry cold. Good buffet breakfast
