Old room, not worth the money
We went to Mexico in November. This was of of the three hotles we stayed in and by far the worst. It was not expensive, but the other 2 hotels we stayed in in Cancun, Playa del Carmen were in the same price range but were way nicer. The room we had was old school. The picture on the wall was faded, there were cracks on the wall and the bath tube looked really old. The pool was OK, I thought it was much nicer based on the pictures.

another great stay at HC
This was our third stay at HC and we found it just as enjoyable this time as the first. We did notice, however, that the place was empty. Information gathered from the front desk staff was that they were only at 25%. The hotel entertainment staff did a great job for those few that attended their evening shows, and did not seem to loose any of their enthusiasm to perform. The food was OK, but was the same as before. I am sure we will return again to Cozumel, but may try another resort for a change.
