Great Facility
Excellent facilty for a quiet stay. A bit from the city but that may not be a bad thing at the end of the day. Rooms are clean and adequate. Good excercise facility and swimming pool. Food in restaurants are expensive and ordinary and you are better off going into town for dinner.

The staff in the hotel was exceptional, anything you needed they were able to accomodate us with. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Memories of days gone by!
An excellent hotel in a prime location over looking the water/harbour. Check in was simple, and we got a fantastic corner room on the 4th floor overlooking the harbour. Service is generally good, but after travelling in india for a few weeks, not 5star. The staff means well, but further training is required. The Rice boat restaurant although quaint and nicely appointed, is terribly expensive for what you get. The free afternoon tea is a nice touch, and so is the free sunset boat cruise which is daily. Pool is wonderful and the spa is also worth checking out.
