Fine Digs, Need To Get Their Act Together

Small, but clean, comfortable room. Bathroom without heat, but only an annoyance. Walkable to city center. Great breakfast buffet. Expensive Wi-Fi. The front desk clerk only had me booked for one night, but I thought we resolved it at check-in. Maid burst in the next day and told me I should’ve checked out by Noon. I explain. Next day my key card didn’t work and the same clerk renews it. Next day, another guest unlocked my door and tried to unlatch the chain. I explained, but he wanted me to accompany him to front desk. I called the front desk instead, explained again to the same clerk and then again to the guest. He refused to leave, but I locked the chain latch and walked into the bathroom. While in the bathroom, door opened again, caught by latch. Angrily, I opened the door to find the front desk clerk quizzing me about who I am. The next day, my key card didn’t work...again.
