Exceptional
You wont find a better vacation place to stay. I have never found a place that caters to an individual as El Cozumelino does. The entire staff is so friendly and ready to meet all your needs its remarkable! The food is out standing in every way, a culinary delight. You just wont find a better place to stay and relax in perfect atmosphere. I highly reccomend.
The down town in Cozumel is alive with shopping of all kinds. The store personel some times are agrivating trying to lure you into their shops but over all its a lot of fun

Rude Receptionist
The front desk, receptionist, Nancy, was very rude upon arrival and during our stay. Refused simple requests for bottles of water. While other receptionist were helpful, this receptionist ruined our stay by her daily efforts to be rude and discourteous to me and my family.

Just a wonderful trip.
This hotel has is all, beautiful beach, excellent views, across the street from a great golf course, friendly and responsive staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, terrific pools,real good, but not great food,and, a helpful concierge desk. Wireless internet in the very comfortable lobby worked great, but, it would have been nice to have it in the rooms. Also, wished there would have been a few english speaking news ans sports TV stations in the rooms. Value on this trip was best of any hotel we have stayed in over 20 years.
Traveler's tip on dining
Even though this hotel is all-inclusive, plan a dinner or two downtown ( 10 minute cab ride) as the menu over the week doesn’t change too much in the dining room.
