Above all- Jonathan values the quality of his products and he can tell you the life story of the fresh Kennebunkport lobster- star of his menu- from its birth to the moment it arrives in his kitchen. To be savoured as it is or in a bisque or a cognac sauce- among the other creations inspired by local produce.
