Beautiful, but..
Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful hotel. A lot of things to do. We signed up for surf lessons and scuba diving right in the hotel. Great location, everything within walking distance. But....we were there on our honeymoon and my husband called to tell them. They said they would upgrade us. When we got there, they told us they don’t do anything for honeymoons. Also the "Oceanview room" is only a partial ocean view...which wasn’t stated online. Other than that, very, very nice hotel. I would stay there again.
GO TO AQUA ZONE IN THE WAIKIKI MARRIOTT RESORT AND SPA! Oh my goodness, I have never had such a blast! You have about an hour lesson on scuba diving and then go to 2 different spots about 40 feet deep. The waters are so clear, the reefs and fish are awesome. The sea turtles come right up to you. The staff is friendly and it was just too awesome for words! I would recommend it to everyone!!!

Good hotel, great location!
The hotel was great. Poolside area was wonderful, location was convenient to shops, beach & restaurants. The only complaint would be that we walls semed to be a little thin, but overall it was a great stay.

Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort and Spa
I was in Seventh Heaven there. The balmy weather, the pillowtop mattress, the full ocean view from the balcony, the proximity to the Honolulu Zoo, the busstop on the side street to The Dole Pineapple Plantation, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Pearl Harbor tour, and the friendliness of all fhe residents I met living there. I hope and pray to raise the $$ to return next year! The Marriott is AAAAA+++++ in location, service, and comfort.
