Nice and smart
I needed to sped twice a nuight in Provo and did not wanted to overpay. This small hotel is very smart located in the garden with (unexpectedly) big rooms with all-wall windows going to the garden. A small restaurant nearby allows to have a good dinner. Only one "problem": for those who likes to have a good breakfast not a right place.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
BUT the single golf course in Provo is 10 minutes walking distance. (By the way casino is 1 minute only)

Quite and relaxing
This is a small hotel with minimum frills. The rooms are OK and clean, but nothing special. The grounds have a lot of vegatation so you really feel secluded. The pool is on the small side but OK. In the afternoons Caicos Adventures "rents" it out for scuba diving classes which kind of stinks. In my opinion this hotel is a good value for Grace Bay, expecially if you rent a car. If you’re not going to get a car, you may want to consider Comfort Suites which has four resturants within a 5 minute walk.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
This hotel has two, two story buildings. The one building has four rooms per floor the other five. All of the rooms are the same view that overlooks the pool - there are no ocean, bay, or water views. Don’t pay for the upgraded room unless you really want the second floor.

The rooms were clean and nice. Very quiet and the very private. The softest towels I have ever had at any hotel anywhere in the world. Just make sure to ask for a gate code after dark because the place locks up like Fort Knox, keeping guests in and others out!!
