Learn how to call your own cab
Great hotel. Only problem was a reluctance to help with obtaining a cab. Luckily I have a gorgeous 17 year old daughter who always could flag down a cab in 5 seconds or less.

Not impressed
The location of the Dylan hotel is perfect. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was very bad since in the bathroom were hairs of the guest before. Even after I mentioned it at the reception.

I will stay there again
Location is great. Service was very good. Room and bathroom are clean. As expected of NYC the room is rather small, and even in the 15th floor, you have a view of the windows on the building across the street.
