Not so good
Pool closed and not told until after check in. No WIFI. Could rent desk top computer time and print for 0.75 per page, but there was no paper. Security guards are very rude.

perfect for a short stay
the hotel staff was great Jimmy at the front desk was great he took care of us when we checked in a bit early when we asked if any resturants delivered he went out of his way to find us one found a chinese resturant who delivered to the hotel the food was very good this is a good hotel with free parking which is hard to find. Would go back to this hotel

Great Place to stay
This was a fantastic place to stay! From the moment I checked in the staff were extremely friendly. The room had a beautiful view and was very clean. I loved having a full kitchen, it was stocked with all the pans and cooking utensils you would need. The pool area was great, although we only went down for quick dips at the end of the day. I was an idiot and dropped my keys down the elevator shaft. They had the repair guy out (by chance) and returned my keys. That let me avoid a $50 charge. The bed was very comfortable, the fold out bed is just that, a fold out bed. They don’t clean everyday or turn down your bed. This is a vacation condo not the Hilton. They did clean after 3 or 4 days, I can’t remember. It didn’t matter anyway we’re able to pick up after ourselves and didn’t need someone to remove the bedspread every night. If this is something that you "need" then you need a reality check, a peek at any current newspaper will let you know how lucky you are to be in such a place. Overall this was the best vacation I have ever been on and the hotel and it’s staff played a major roll in that. Thank you very much :)
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Stay clear of the major beaches like waikiki. It’s a beautiful place, but way too many people, both tourist and people trying to sell you something. Take advantage of the Oahu weekly books and all their coupons. We had a full day of jet skiing and snorkling at only $45 a person! If you have a car spend your time up on the north shore or east side of the island.
