The Pod Hotel
The hotel was well located and convenient to restaurants and the subway. I would definitely stay here again. With its small rooms, it may not suit everyone, but the space was well designed and I didn’t feel crowded. The shared bathrooms were clean; with four on each floor usually one was available. The staff was very helpful--and included a concierge which is unusual for a modestly priced hotel. The only thing that marred the experience was the elevator that was very unpredictable.
If you stay at this hotel, take NY Link airport transportation. They were more reliable than Super Shuttle. This shuttle can also be booked from the hotel lobby.

Great hotel
Great hotel and great price! The rooms are small and have bunkbeds, but who goes to New York to spend a lot of time in the hotel room? Will definetely stay again!

Great location, uncomfortable bed
We were able to walk easily to Times Square and many other attractions. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The rooms are small as all of the reviews say, but we were only there to sleep. Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable and we woke up achy every morning.
Make sure you are VERY tired before bed because the bed is very uncomfortable.
