Great Hotel
This hotel is great, especially for the price. Less than two minutes away from Universal/Islands of Adventure, easy to find, close to the expressway, and has dining options right next door. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall Pleased!
The hotel personnel were very friendly and very accomodating. We were pleased with the cleanliness of our room, king size bed was great and breakfast offered some variety of choices. The only drawback in this site were the conditions of the hallways. They were not well maintained and had that old vintage feel and look. They could stand a new remodel and look!

Extremely satisfied
It only took 13 minutes to walk to Universal Studios thats including crossing the main road and waiting at the long traffic light. Hotel offers shuttle twice for free always was on time. Just make sure if you take a taxi from Universals lot fare should be 4.00 dollars the cabbie turns on the meter and doesn’t just make up a fare when you get there. Ours did not turn on the meter once and the next day I asked the lady at the Taxi stand at Universal and she said we should have never paid him that its illegal not to run the meter......... so he just pocketed the whole amount... Very satisfied with the Hyatt !!!! and the whole Expedia experience....
