Quiet, comfortable
Mixed bag. Hotel located close to one of the major pedestrian shopping streets and within a 10-minute walk (uphill) from the central train station. Chairs in lobby lounge were shabby from wear. Breakfast room still being renovated, but comprehensive breakfast served in a well-heated tent at back. Sent a washable fleece sweater for laundering, it was dry-cleaned instead (more expensive and unnecessary). Room itself cozy, clean and comfortable. Were staying in Stockholm 3 nights, H. Tegnerlunden could only accommodate us the 1st two. Were able to leave our luggage in baggage room after checkout, so we could do some last day sightseeing.

Clean, nice, small rooms but a bit loud
I enjoyed my stay here. The room was lovely, beautifully furnished, but tiny. The noise was a little disturbing (faced toward the park), and the toilet was stained. It took more than an hour to get into my room (I did get there a bit early, around 1 pm). But overall the service was good, and the breakfast very nice.

clean, great breakfast, good service
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was really good. Authentic Swedish fish and the usuals.
The twin bed in Sweden is smaller than twin bed in the States. Be aware when you plan to put two people in one bed. For an adult, it’s rather impossible to accommodate two in one bed. Also it’s difficult to find one double (or bigger) bed for two people in Sweden.
