Definitely would stay again
Location location location. Across the street from central station, the entire city is at your fingertips. Walking distance to darling harbour, Chinatown, and Paddy’s Markets and a long but doable walk to city center. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful. Because it’s small, there is a personal feel to the attention we received. Our room was clean and was of good size. The hotel had it’s own laundry as well so that was a plus. The only downside was that the Internet was very expensive and not very reliable. Ended up going down the street to the Internet cafe (which was very inexpensive and great). But it would have been more convenient in the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

best value hotel I’ve had in years.
Superb location for a tourist. The room was huge and clean. I booked this on a special deal and thought it was a great value. Even without the deal, it would have been a good value. It is walking distance to a number of attractions and just across the street from Central train station.

A very comfortable hotel
Don’t let the worn out facade deceive you. The whole interior of this hotel has been recently refurbished to wonderful effect. My wife and I have stayed at The Marque before and after renovation. It is now much more airy and contemporary. Very nice indeed. The location is great too, just opposite from the Central Station and a straight walk to the the city centre
