Good value
This hotel is a good value. The location is good, it’s right across from Wal Mart and several restaurants. The only dissapointment was the air conditoning. In Acapulco sweltering heat, A/C really makes a difference.

Everything good but the bed.
I have stayed at Casa Inn many times over the years. It has a great location, price is right, and very secure. The only problem is the bed is like sleeping on the floor.

Worst hotel in the area
At first, we taught it was a decent price but the product was the worst I’ve ever seen. This hotel is worse than a dirty hostel. Bathroom did not work during all our stay and nobody cared about it. Teenagers drinking beer all day long in the pool
