The Only 5 stars in Rotterdam
The hotel is nice and is the only 5 stars in Rotterdam for the time being. However, the hotel doesn’t own a parking themselves. Need to pay extra for the parking and the parking might be full and will have to park further away from the hotel. Taxi is available at the hotel enterance at night time only so..... you have to walk around 5 min further down to the central station to get a cab....

Pleasant and convenient
Very convenient. Right across the street from Rotterdam’s Centraal Station. A moderate (20 minute) but very pleasant walk to the harbor, The Park and the Euromast. Relaxed and friendly service. Highly recommended.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Make time to visit the "cube houses." The one that is open as a tourist attraction is well worth visiting. Have lunch at one of the waterfront cafes down below, then follow the waterfront to "Het Park" and the Euromast. Rotterdam is a truly unique and beautiful city.

Very much a high priced chain that caters to business clients best
Daytime desk staff was indifferent. Rooms are large and comfortable but construction is all around the hotel & audible. Room service & the restaurant are expensive. It is very handy to transportation but a room next to the train station is basically what it is
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Double check information you get from the hotel or the Tourist information centers for accuracy and detailed information. The information desk at the train station is your best bet. Do visit the Rotterdam Zoo & have high tea at the America hotel Den Haag.
