We are already planning to stay there in April for another trip.
This place was awesome. The bar has a great atmosphere along with the resturant. If you are looking for good quality service this is the place for you to stay. The bed is warm and cozy with the down comforter especially with the turndown service. The marble floors in the bathroom were beautiful along with our view from our hotel room. The staff were always greeting us and very helpful when needed them. This is a historic hotel and it has been kept us really nice.

Loved the people
The beds were not comfortable. Air conditioner didn’t work well. Previous group in room had smoked, therefore we had to smell it and was accused of smoking. Although we we reported to front office, we were given a free breakfast coupon. Besides those three things; the stay was beautiful. Loved the bellhops, front office, and bar tender. They treated us wonderfully.. Would go back for them...

Fabulous Historic Hotel
I travelled to downtown Charlotte for a businees trip and chose the Dunhill because it was advertised as a "Historic Hotel." I questioned whether this was taking a three-night risk since I was unfamiliar with both the hotel and Charlotte. I was more than pleased with my stay. The rooms have been wonderfully renovated. The hotel itself was very quiet and the staff was always available, courteous, and competent. The hotel manager made it a point to introduce himself. The restaurant and lounge were both fantastic. I will certainly mark the Dunhill as our firm’s place-to-stay in downtown Charlotte.
