*meh*
This hotel has a grand entrance into the business center/basement level, with no signage or direction on how to get to the lobby to check in. Go up one level and around a few corners to front Desk. Once in, the only highlight - Nice Front desk. For the rest of our 4 night stay, the room was cleaned in a half-way way. Moldy shower curtain, dingy bathtub, and dusty floor. Average breakfast. There was no service on Thanksgiving, which was not told to us== they should have left double towels the day before with a note - the Front desk was suppose to tell us. Room was very small.
Traveler's tip on dining
Great restaurants, Hanks downtown...Josephs (for breakfast)on Meeting, Noisy Oyster, and Big Red Barn for great carriage ride through downtown.

Citadel Trip
We arrived at 3:45 in the morning from a very long drive and we had no problem checking in! It was wonderful. The hotel was very nice with new furniture, carpet etc. My boys enjoyed working out and even got in the outside pool in October! It is centrally located close to the Citadel and Downtown Charleston. Nice to be around boats, but would be nicer if the hotel had a better view. I would stay here again when I visit my son at the Citadel.
