Great Hotel
I would definitely stay there again. The employees were so helpful and friendly. One tip when going back to the airport...the valet can get you a car and driver cheaper than a van or taxi service.

Love Chicago!
The Embassy Suites was a nice place to stay. The room was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. The door to our bathroom looked like someone kicked it in as it has a big indentation in it. Our coffee maker didn’t work our first morning. It did get replaced for the next morning. Breakfast was wonderful and had so much to choose from. The evening Happy Hour was very nice as well. The hotel was full, or so it seemed. Many, many people from couples, to families. Location was excellent, only two blocks from MI Ave. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. It helped make for a great time in Chicago!

Embassy Suites Chicago Downtown - Terrific!
The check-in was easy and quick. Self parking was convenient, even in such a large city. Finding the place was simple. The staff were very helpful in giving us directions and bus routes to places. The breakfasts were delightful; made-to-order omlettes and an extensive breakfast buffet included with the price as well as free drinks for two hours in the evening. January was a VERY cheap time to go but the quality of service didn’t change. Great place to have a honeymoon!
