Very disappointed
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Internet access was good. The location is great. However, The smell in the room was terrible (mold and mildew). The furniture was very old (very hard mattress). I slept terrible. It was one of the worst hotel rooms I ever stayed in. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars (3 maybe 2)! I will not stay in this hotel in my future trips to Prague (which I visit every 6 months) and will not recommend it to anybody.

Good hotel in great location
This is a nice, clean and well kept hotel. The hotel is in a great central location that has easy walking access to all the main attractions (The Castle, Old Town, ect). The staff was nice and even had our luggage sent up the next morning after Air France left it in Paris. The nightly turn down service was a nice touch and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was a nice size (for Euro standards) and the bathroom clean and tidy. When we return to Prague the BW Kampa will be our choice.

This hotel is in the Lesser Quarter and is within a 10-15 minute walk to the Prague Castle, Old Town, Jewish Quarter or Wenceslas Square.

Great Location
Convenient and quiet location,very close to all historic center places. Good full breakfast. Rooms are small,but updated.
