Good value in a good location
The Monte Carlo is an upscale hotel that is reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa/health club was great. We had reserved a non-smoking room with a king sized bed, however at check-in the only rooms available had queen sized beds in them (Thursday arrival!). The keyboard that allows you to use the guest services and menu on the TV had dead batteries in it. Overall a nice hotel and I would stay there again.

Bring your earplugs
everything was great untill it was time to sleep. The walls were paper thin. But who goes to Vegas to sleep right. The buffet was awesome and almost made us forget that we had gotten no sleep for three days. Maybe cheap price means thinner walls, sometimes you get what you pay for I guess.

Hotel was great
The hotel was a great hotel there was just some construction going on around that part of the strip which made it a bit of a pain to get around on the sidewalk. Other than that all else was fine. Great price, pool, etc
