First time to Hawaii great experience
This was a very good first time visit to the Island of Kauai, with a great hotel and Luau show made it all worth it.

The Best Honeymoon!
Everything was jsut perfect for what we wanted in our honeymoon. Quiet and peaceful. The only thing that was new to us was the prices but we expected it wouldnt be the same as waht we were use to. Just were surprised on how much everyhting was, including the food, or drinks at the resort. Other than that, our stay was just magical.

They blew it
This could have been a much better stay based solely on the the conduct and attitude of the bell staff, pool slide monitor and bartenders. Unfortunately the woman working the pool house, cleaning staff and the front desk staff left much to be desired. Of our 5 nights there, we excused the cleaning staff from cleaning our room the 1st day as we had just arrived late the night before. They cleaned our room the following day and that was the last cleaning we received. When we called to inquire why, there was no attempt to rectify the issue except to say they were sorry we were dissatisfied with their service. We are not very demanding and maybe that worked against us but I will never stay at there again.
