Total experience was awesome
The location was perfect for all our needs. Loved the motel and the city. It was my first trip to San Antonio. I plan on returning with my children and grandchildren.

Impressed; ideal location, convenient to San Antonio’s visitor attractions and shopping malls.
Our hotel room was small, as well as the bath. It is an old hotel and that is understandable. The towel supply was also insufficient. Management should consider remedying their practice of only replacing towels that are on the floor, assuming those are the only one’s soiled. The day we checked in, there was a hand towel with lipstick on it; yet, it was folded and hanging on the towel rack. That was an immediate turn off. If I have to choose, I prefer clean over luxury. The valet service is excellent.
Spring or early Fall is the best time to visit. San Antonio is very hot in summer.

Need Maintenance
Hotel is very old and really needs some work done to it. Hotel is in a good location where everything is located.
