I’d like to buy there.
So beautiful!! Lovely views, quiet and peacfull, except for the exotic birds. Princeville is the center of everything beautiful on the north of the island.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Road signs are a joke and I was informed of this. Still, had problems finding the place. Nobody had heard of it. Last driveway on the right before the St. Regis.

Not the cleanest but you simply cannot beat the view
This was the second time that I stayed here, and I have to say, I liked it both times. However, don’t expect the cleanest place - its not going to be. The view however, is to die for.

Not impressed
The staff was very nice, but the rooms felt and looked dirty. Especially the couch. We had to go to the front desk and get clean sheets just to be able to sit on the couch and loveseat. The owner of this condo must not care what the guest has to sit on!!!! A big surprise to us was that there was no air conditioning in the unit. It’s a good thing that it was cool when we were there. Also, we had some univited "guests" ROACHES!!!!!!!! Also, the matress in our room was very hard. One nice thing about this condo was the view of the ocean and mountains.
