Very nice
Very nice. A little to snooty for my liking, but it was close to the Metrodome. Room was really comfy.

Labor Day Weekend
We stayed at the Depot over the Labor Day weekend. The overall experience was one of the best of all time. The staff was attentive, and prices were reasonable. They ran a "drink special" in the bar each night. We would very much consider staying there again. The hotel feels like a four star hotel in any major city.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Parking the car at the hotel was $15 a day. There was parking a block away for $4 a day. You can get to the Mall of America on the train. Labor Day weekend in Minneapolis is full of activites: Minnesota State Fair, Rennaissance Festival,Mall of America, and farmers market.
