Simple and Close to Casino
Simple and very reasonably priced for being so close to the Casinos. Not many services and not extravagant but clean and quiet - except where the weddings are going on (but who wants a quiet wedding celebration?). In fact, it’s great to see a wedding and not have to bring a gift or get dressed up. It’s like reality TV. It’s about 2 to 3 blocks to the Casinos and walking Lake Tahoe is a lot nicer than walking downtown San Francisco.
Traveler's tip
South Lake Tahoe does NOT have a lot of streetlights (Nor should it have) so it’s very dark at night. It’s like being outdoors and camping. So if you need to walk at night - bring a small flashlight and bike strobe and - or wear a safety reflector vest.

It ain’t the Hilton, but........
...for the money there is nothing to complain about. Clean room & bath, computer in the lobby, basic breakfast included. Casino close if that’s your bag. Not too far from the lake, either
Lake Tahoe is pretty high up in elevation, and the road getting there is steep. Be prepared if you are pulling a trailer.
