Fantastic staff, best service we have ever received in a hotel!
They really took the time to explain everything and were very friendly from the start. We could ask anyone for information and they would go out of their way to assist us. They have really done a fabulous job at training their staff in customer service. They all knew our name and when we ask for a cab regardless who we ask they would go to the street and fetch one for us. We were very impress with everyone at the hotel. Hats off to them. We will recommend this hotel to everyone. The room was lovely. The only thing we did not like was the bed which was not too comfortable but nothing to complain about.

Classic Art Deco Hotel
Once known as the Grande Dame of South Beach and recently renovated, the Tides lives up to its reputation. It has an understated elegance and a friendly staff to match. It is located in the heart of South Beach action and across from the beach. A visit to the Tides is both relaxing and exciting. Even the hotel food is delicious. My wife and I will be back.
