Won’t stay here again.
1. check-out time is setup at 11am and can’t be extended at all, or 12pm noon at the most ! 2. Frontdesk clerk is trying to sell me the time-share property promotion or marketing event and after he found out that my wife and I are not interested, he wouldn’t care any more, I guess there is something for him in that selling thing, right?

Great resort for family
The hotel condition and service is great, roomy with kitchen which is ideal for familty vacation. We stayed there two nights. We were bothered by some unidentified constant noises (probably from the electric room under our room) the first night, called the front desk the next morning and moved to another room in a better location (top floor with view of the lake) without any problem. We attended the time share program presentation. It said it was 90 minutes but it took much longer than that. valet service was convenient and cost the same as self parking.

Great place to stay
This resort is beautiful. I had a two bedroom condo with a full kitchen, fireplace, TV in both bedrooms and livingroom. This room is perfect for two couples. Very clean. Next time I’m in Tahoe this is where I will stay!
