fantastic
The only thing i would change is to have no charge for either the self park and the gym. Otherwise, it is a beautiful hotel. We had a trial and were there working-very convenient to the courthouse. Loved it.

Deserves its 5-star rating
Hotel employees were friendly, helpful and polite, room service always gave a reasonable time estimate on the phone (and always delivered faster), and food was excellent. The hotel room - almost as large as my first apartment at 700 sq ft - was spotless and well-maintained, and had a great view of the courtyard fountain and the city and mountains. We only stayed in Salt Lake because it was on our route to Jackson Hole, but I would go back just to stay at this place again. We ate in the restaurant once during our two-night stay (ordering room service for every meal was cheaper than the special Christmas buffets), and service was a little slow there, but that may have had more to do with us being seated at the far end of a very large room (with a lovely view at our window). I was very impressed with the hotel overall.

Utah’s Best
It’s a great hotel and for rare exception, service is fantastic! Was a little disappointed with the food--food was good but not great. Would definitly stay again!
